blog a day
i never blog what i do with my days, and always running around between shoots and travels. but i'll try my best
heres what i have been up to in the last week :)
modelled, as usual had 5 shoots this week, all pretty local.
here's a couple from the week :)
also decided it's time to give myself a look change! so this is how i spent my evening yesterday :)
today i had a relaxing spa day with my mother, i also got a spray tan. i'm nut uploading photo's yet of it as i havent washed it off yet and look like i have been swimming in sewer. :P

so today i went to the hospital to get my grill (brace) tightened, it hurt ouchy! it felt like when a horse has its reins pulled, i imagine?
Apart from having my whole teethies yanked back and forth with metal and and pliers wearing silly orange glasses that the dentist people gave me, i mean why! is it amusing to see a girl in orange glasses have her braces tightened, is it amusing watching her teeth getting wobbled around a bashed about with pliers... if she has on ORANGE glasses! what has happened with the world, on the other hand...they might have just thought i looked stylish with Orange glasses so i'll let them off! :D
in other news, i ate a burger king! yes i did, i did i did... models aren't aloud food, pffft.. burger king was the king of all foods yum and i like chicken.
so after reading the first few sentences you think i'm mad and wonder why you are reading on, its because i'm a unique critter and you are fascinated with my view of the world, GET REAL.. you just think i'm mad and find it amusing and want to see me in orange glasses.

a shoot with amber tutton model.

31st January Rob Ellis & Amber Tutton model.
today i had a shoot with Rob Ellis, i modelled lingerie! we shot for three hours.. Rob had a few idea's to use his living room pink wall as a backdrop, so he used natural light and we went with it! looked epic, can't wait to get the pictures to show you guys!!

Last Day of 2012 shooting with Sendu Bala
throughout 2012 I have been ridiculously busy travelling everywhere working ridiculous hours, fitting in as many shoots as possible.. the last day of 2012 and I had a cancellation! :O so I contacted Sendu Bala (a top agency photographer) in hope he'd be available too which he was.. I had a few idea's I didn't get to try out over a few months, I sent them over to him and he was impressed. the idea's I had were very tricky to recreate but we gave them ago and made them our own..
I woke up on new years eve at 8:00am got up, got ready (shower, moisturized, nails done) everything prepped ready to shoot with the amazing Sendu Bala, I then went on my travels into Cambridge town for last bits and pieces for the shoot.. the gloves were so hard to find but lucky for me the last shoot I looked in Anne Summers had some perfect for the idea I had..
Arrived at Sendu's home studio in Cambridge at 1:00, we got straight to the point got the accessories out and started looking at the photos we thought would work well for what we wanted to achieve for our portfolios, Sendu helped with the styling and also handed me a bottle of water ready for the hardcore modelling.
1:20 We're on! Sendu had set up all the lighting using soft boxes and reflectors. I stood in my place and we started to perfect the pose needed by a lot of twisting and slight movements. our first idea was implied nude using the lighting to shadow parts of my body.. I was also wearing a very interesting necklace that added to the image. I think the total outcome of this set works and is incredible femine & powerful.
2:00for our second idea we again thought implied nude would work perfect, I brought a pair of interesting pretty patterned lace gloves, I messed up my hair and I stood naked covering myself with my hand that had beautiful patterned gloves on. the other hand above my head. when I was doing this shot I was relax and confident. in my mind I wanted to look strong and powerful.
3:10 Third Set we went for a natural soft image, this was topless using arms to look as if I am giving myself a loose cuddle, fragile looking.. using soft boxes. I moved around a lot for these very slowly and softly stroking my face and sometimes lighting touching my body & messing my hair up.
4:05 Fourth looks- Sendu set up one soft box.. we were trying a few headshots with a waistcoat then tried some other ones with a patterned top, Sendu wanted me to try very soft and shy poses and throw a few 'cute' looking expressions, for this we were free to try anything out, lots of smiling dancing quirkiness.. Sendu Bala caught a whole different side of me.

today I got booked by a fairly new photographer, he's only done 3 shoots, I am Richards fourth shoot to date, Richard booked 4 hours at Mark Fiddians Studio nearby Cambridge, I found him very respecting of my privacy & extremely polite.
the first hour we started with an outfit styled by Mark Fiddian himself, we were going for really quirky fashion, raising eyebrows, slight snarls, and extreme body shapes.. I really enjoyed being photographed by Richard Maximum as he had a great sense of humour and got some new expressions out of me..here is one of the images Richard took,
second hour we decided to do some natural cropped right in fashion shots, I was wearing a bright blue dress with a blue bit of material rapped around my neck to add character to the image.
third, we changed the whole lighting set up and went for some head and shoulder shots, for this I used my shoulders in various ways to define the look, I also experimented in some angles for more flattering results,
and the fourth hour we went abit crazy and did some harsh shadow images up against a wall, WE rocked it!
as I was about the leave mark asked me if I wanted to shoot for a few hours, totally unplanned.. so we did..
Mark is a very creative guy, he really knows style.. for most of his shoots he'll go out and buy garments especially for what he wants/needs..
so we started doing some headshots with a hat & some strikingly odd poses, then implied topless with dark blue material slicked back hair and blue lipstick.. it made my pale skin just pop out of the image.
it worked so well.. after the first set we decided to mix it up a little, we had some white material and I dulled down the dark lips to a light nude colour, we went for more innocent looking images with a couple of stares.
to finish our two hour shoot, we decided to do some soft light with me laying on the floor again implied topless with a underskirt/tutu and went for a ballerina look..
we did Amazing, I got so many expressions I didn't know I had!!! great fun & can't wait for the next shoot.
